Sagunto trains its tourism sector in environmental sustainability
Sagunto City Council, through its Tourism Department, will hold training sessions on environmental awareness for the sustainability of the town's tourism.
The initiative aims to pass on good environmental practice to the local tourism sector and reinforce a more sustainable destination model. The training is aimed at professionals and operators in the sector and is part of the municipal strategy to combine tourism with care for the environment, a particularly delicate balance in a town that mixes historic heritage, coastline and natural areas such as the Marjal dels Moros wetlands.
