Every 26 August, on International Actor's Day, Sagunto remembers stage actor Pepe Alba, born in the city in 1885, and Mexican film actress Anita Blanch, who had strong ties to Sagunto.
The University of Valencia (UV) will again offer the La Nau Gran and La Nau Gran en Obert programmes in Sagunto for the 2026-2027 academic year, with courses on history, archaeology and heritage open to the public.
International festival elrow will hold its special Halloween edition, elrow Horroween Festival Winamax, in Sagunto on 31 October at the espacio internúcleos site, with capacity for over 25,000 people and a 50% discount for registered residents.
